Esthetician/Massage Therapist/Front Desk

Body, Skin & Beyond is a Weight Loss, Longevity, and wellness practice dedicated to providing personalized solutions for clients seeking improvements in their health, wellness, body composition, appearance, and long-term maintenance. Our services include Body Composition Scanning, Medical Weight Loss, Body Contouring & Skin Tightening, Muscle Toning, Longevity & Maintenance, and Peptide Therapy. We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Esthetician/Massage Therapist/Front Desk professional with hands-on experience in body contouring and skin tightening.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for weight loss, aesthetics, wellness, and longevity.

The candidate should have experience in a MedSpa, aesthetics, dermatology, wellness, longevity clinic, or similar environment.

This role requires someone who can confidently educate clients, recommend appropriate treatment plans, and build long-term client relationships without being aggressive or pushy.

The ideal candidate is not simply a technician, but a trusted weight loss and wellness advisor who can educate, recommend, and support clients throughout their wellness journey.

• Provide professional aesthetic, body contouring, and skin-tightening services to clients.
• Conduct client consultations and understand individual wellness, aesthetic, and body-composition goals.
• Recommend appropriate treatment plans, packages, weight loss products, and ongoing maintenance programs.
• Convert consultations into scheduled treatments and develop long-term client relationships.
• Educate clients about treatment options, expected outcomes, pricing, safety, contraindications, and aftercare.
• Perform body contouring and skin-tightening treatments according to established protocols.
• Maintain a professional, personable, and client-focused approach throughout the treatment experience.
• Work collaboratively with Nurse Practitioners, physicians, Medical Assistants, Massage Therapists, and other wellness professionals.
• Manage bookings, payments, scheduling, and basic CRM-related activities.
• Maintain accurate client records and protect client confidentiality.
• Ensure adherence to treatment safety standards, contraindications, protocols, and aftercare requirements.
• Support front desk and operational activities as required.
• Participate in ongoing training related to body contouring, skin tightening, aesthetics, wellness, medical weight management, longevity, and emerging treatment technologies.

• Current Michigan Esthetician License in good standing.
• Previous professional experience with body contouring and skin tightening is required.
• Knowledge of skincare, skin types, contraindications, and treatment protocols.
