Medical Billing Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented Medical Billing Specialist to join our healthcare Revenue Cycle Management team. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical billing, claims processing, payment posting, and insurance follow-up.

The Medical Billing Specialist will be responsible for supporting accurate and timely billing operations while helping healthcare providers maintain a healthy revenue cycle.

You will work closely with internal teams to process claims, resolve billing issues, follow up on outstanding accounts, and maintain accurate patient and insurance information.

• Prepare and submit accurate medical claims to insurance companies.
• Review claims for errors and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Follow up on unpaid, rejected, and denied claims.
• Perform payment posting and account reconciliation.
• Verify patient and insurance information.
• Maintain accurate billing records and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing-related issues.
• Meet defined quality, productivity, and turnaround-time targets.

• 2+ years of experience in US medical billing or healthcare RCM.
• Good understanding of medical billing and insurance processes.
• Knowledge of claims, denials, AR follow-up, and payment posting.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
