RPM Coordinator

We are looking for an RPM Coordinator to support Remote Patient Monitoring operations and help ensure patients receive consistent and timely care support.

The RPM Coordinator will assist with patient onboarding, monitoring workflows, documentation, and coordination with clinical teams.

This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work within structured healthcare workflows.

• Coordinate patient onboarding for RPM programs.
• Support device distribution and patient education.
• Monitor patient engagement and submitted readings.
• Coordinate with clinical teams regarding patient information.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation.
• Follow established RPM workflows and procedures.
• Assist with patient communication and follow-ups.
• Support reporting and operational activities.

• 1+ year of experience in healthcare operations or a related role.
• Understanding of healthcare workflows.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfort working with healthcare technology platforms.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
