Once a potential candidate is identified, our recruiters will do phone and/or onsite interviews to determine candidate strengths, areas of expertise, salary requirements, career goals and suitability for your need.
We ask candidates to provide a minimum of two references from previous supervisors. All references provided are checked with job performance, regularity and professionalism to provide results from day 1 once they join our Clients.
State licensure is verified through state licensing authorities and confirmed to be active, up to date, and without any restrictions.
We will conduct state and nationwide criminal background checks which includes social security number verification, felony and sex offender reports when Clients requests.
All candidate interviews are coordinated by our team in a timely manner based on Clients availability. Once the interview has taken place, our goal is to obtain detailed candidate feedback regarding their interest so that you can make your hiring decisions accordingly.
We understand Clients expectations and negotiate salary with Candidate and find a happy media for both our clients and candidates as per current industry standard to start a long term relationship for parties involved.
Once a candidate starts, we seek feedback on the candidate’s contribution, performance. We keep in touch with you regularly and try to anticipate any hiring needs that may arise.We want to hear from our Clients always!
